A weekend on the Isle of Wight

Hello there,

A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Isle of Wight for the weekend. Living on the south coast, the Isle of Wight is literally on our doorstep and I've spent many a happy holiday and day trip there. It's like an old friend that never seems to age and always welcomes you back.

We sent most of out time in Shanklin, a beautiful little town on the east coast. Here's a few images of the weekend, it was hard to drag ourselves away!

 

 

 

This last picture with the pink cottage really sums up how I remember Shanklin. Such a beautiful place that I hope to be back visiting again very soon.
